What does “creative” black-tie mean? “Black-tie” means formal eveningwear: tuxedos or dinner jackets, floor-length dresses or gowns, or dressy, tailored pantsuits. 

The “creative” part is your chance to make it your own. Please don’t stress - it is much simpler  than it sounds. Think bold accessories, colorful and patterned jackets, cool ties or bow ties, brooches, metallics, capes, gloves, and sculptural silhouettes and tailoring. 

New Orleans will still be buzzing after Mardi Gras. So have some fun with your outfit, wear something that feels like you.

While we adore our guests' children, for this special evening, we’d love for our adult guests to fully relax and enjoy the celebration. We ask for guests traveling with young children to arrange childcare in New Orleans so that everyone can relax and celebrate with us. Our wedding planners are able to recommend several trusted local contacts so please reach out if you need any assistance.
